Originally an ammunition dump, it now houses artifacts, war memorabilia, and rare photographs that narrate the heroic tales of the Eastern Command. Netaji Barrack – Echoes of the past

With origins dating back to 1758, this barrack was expanded under Lord Dalhousie and has housed thousands of soldiers. Once a crucial military stronghold, it still accommodates troops of the Garrison Battalion today. Manekshaw Officer's Mess – The residence of legends

Built in 1771, this was once the abode of British military commanders, including Lord Wellesley. Later, it was named after Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, the hero of the 1971 Indo-Pak war. Manekshaw House

The erstwhile Kitchener house has been currently renamed to its current name, as part of Indianization of British name.

Netaji Barrack

After the construction of the new fort William in 1758, the triangular three storied building was later summed up during the period of Lord Dalhousie (between 1848-1856).

Eastern Command Museum

The building, constructed in the 1780s, was initially intended to serve as an Ammunition dump for the British Army. After India's Independence in 1947, the building was handed over to the Indian Army, where it served multiple roles before being converted in' museum.

St Peter's Anglican Church

Command Library is housed in the 200 year old st. Peters’ Anglican Church in the gothic style. It is one of the oldest churches in Kolkata and was used by the British Army during the 18th to the 20th centuries.
